Trunking capabilities
Compatible with the SmarTrunkII TM or the LTR trunking systems, when the optional UT-105 for SmarTrunkII TM, or UT-111 for LTR* trunking is installed.

Advanced 2-Tone/5-Tone systems
2/5-tone encoder/decoder are built-in, to enable such options as: Bell icon indication ON/OFF/Blink, Answer back calls, Scan Start/Stop, Automatic transmit, Stun/Kill and External out for Horn functions (with optional OPC-617). More features are available to support flexible, perfect selective calling operations.
Simplified operation
Easy to operate - large, 6 programmable switches provide adjustment of channels and other operations that can be customized and simplified to meet specific needs. In addition, key backlight helps to keep you moving during night time operation
Operating security
Optional voice scramber units, UT-109 (32 codes) and UT-110 (1020 codes), for secure communications, are available.
